The deadline to
register for the 2008 Affiliate Meeting is August 1, 2008
Please make your arrangements with the Hilton Garden Inn as soon as
possible. Room availability is limited and we can not guarantee
availability after the deadline!
NOTE
- All attendees must make their own travel arrangements.
Representatives will be reimbursed for travel
expenses upon submission of the appropriate receipts. Please
review the "Hotel Accommodations" section below for details on booking
your room.

Participants will be reimbursed for meals not included in the
accommodations (breakfast) up to $11.25 per meal. Only one
representative from each affiliate will be
funded unless otherwise
approved by OSGC.
Travel
Reimbursement
OSGC will reimburse one representative from each
affiliate institution for mileage to and from the meeting location. One
vehicle per representative is eligible for personal car mileage
reimbursement at the current OSU rate of $0.505 per mile. You will be
asked to submit your round-trip mileage at the meeting.
Hotel
accommodations
A
block of hotel rooms is being held at the Hilton Garden Inn &
at a discounted rate of $109/night for meeting attendees. Please note
that rooms are available with either a King or two Queen beds. Please
make your hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure room
availability. The Hilton is a non-smoking facility. All
Hotel reservations must be made by August 1, 2008 in order to receive
the discounted rate.
Meeting
participants are required to pay for hotel accommodations up front and
will be reimbursed by OSGC at a later date (processing time is
approximately three weeks after the meeting).
Complimentary hotel parking is available.
Hotel amenities include wireless high-speed internet access
swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness room, and close
proximity to the Oregon State University campus.
