2011 OSGC Affiliate Meeting

There will be an informal dinner Thursday evening, September 8th at Higgins Restaurant and Bar in Portland, OR.  The affiliate meeting will be held at the University Place Hotel & Conference Center all day Friday, September 9th and half-day Saturday, September 10th.  This year’s meeting will feature a dinner at PSU and a demonstration of the Portland State University Dryden Drop Tower.  

Please complete the registration form below and then call the University Place Hotel and Conference Center to make your hotel registration. Hotel reservations may be completed by phone at 866-845-4647. Please mention the "Oregon Space Grant Group" when making your reservation in order to get the group rate. Rates for this meeting will be $92.00/night. A breakfast buffet is included in this price. Parking is an additional cost of $12.00/night and may be added to your hotel bill. (note: Affiliates who do not plan to stay at the hotel will be charged $10.00/day for parking at the lot. This fee may be paid via the parking attendant.)

NOTE - All attendees must make their own travel arrangements.  Representatives will be reimbursed for travel expenses upon submission of the appropriate receipts. OSGC will reimburse one representative from each affiliate institution for mileage to and from the meeting location. One vehicle per representative is eligible for personal car mileage reimbursement at the current OSU rate of $0.51 per mile. You will be asked to submit your round-trip mileage at the meeting.

Only one representative from each affiliate will be funded unless otherwise approved by OSGC.
