2019 Oregon NASA Space Grant Consortium Affiliate Meeting - September 5-6, 2019
OSGC affiliate members are invited to attend the Oregon NASA Space Grant Consortium Annual Affiliate Meeting. Each member institution is required to have at least one representative in attendance. Failure to attend affiliate meetings jeopardizes an institution’s membership in the consortium. If you are not an OSGC affiliate or invited guest/presenter, but are interested in attending the OSGC Affiliate Meeting, please inquire at 541-737-2414 for more information.

Room rate is $129/night plus tax for a king or two queens Village View room. If you choose a different type of room, group rate does not apply and you will not be reimbursed for the difference unless you are sharing. The group rate is available from 9/2 – 9/7 for those who wish to stay a little longer and take advantage of the beautiful resort. The Running Y is a pet-friendly resort for a $30/night fee.
A block of rooms is on hold until the July 23, 2019 deadline; please book reservations by this date to guarantee availability and room rate.
REGISTRATION and FEES:
There is a $75 non-reimbursable registration fee for affiliate members and affiliated faculty/staff. There is not a registration fee for students who have been invited to present at the meeting. Everyone who plans to attend the meeting must register so that we may obtain an accurate count for catering purposes. Affiliate members and student presenters who live more than 30 miles outside of the Klamath Falls area will be reimbursed for lodging, r/t mileage to Klamath Falls, and meals on travel days that are not provided as part of the meeting. The registration fee will not be reimbursed. Guests of meeting attendees are welcome to attend; if guests choose to participate in meals associated with the meeting, those meal expenses will not be covered by OSGC. Guest registration fees are as follows and should be paid at time of affiliate registration:
- Full guest registration (meeting meals/snacks and Thursday dinner) - $200
- Thursday hosted dinner only - $75
Note: Those who live in the Klamath Falls area and do not have to travel more than 30 miles each way will not be eligible for reimbursement to attend the meeting, which includes the no-host pre-meeting dinner, any meals not provided at the meeting, mileage, and lodging.
