Project Description

The University Class Open Ground Station (UniCLOGS) is a scalable, low-cost, and open source satellite communication system designed to be implemented by universities and low resource organizations. Designed and tested by students of the Portland State Aerospace Society at Portland State University, UniCLOGS is a system designed to be adaptable and accommodate most budgets and most low earth orbit satellite communication link budgets.

Over the years, the UniClOGS project has expanded and now requires additional project management support to fully support its capabilities. This involves changes to internal and external documentation. Internally, document hierarchy, onboarding, and overall group framework was overhauled and adapted to suit the future needs of the project. Externally, the marketing material and initial landing page was streamlined, adding video walkthroughs and starting guides to streamline new user interactions. This management evolution has improved

the efficiency and effectiveness of the UniClOGS project, and PSAS as a whole.
