2018 Oregon NASA Space Grant Consortium Affiliate Meeting * September 6-7, 2018


OSGC affiliate members are invited to attend the Oregon NASA Space Grant Consortium Annual Affiliate Meeting. Each member institution is required to have at least one representative in attendance. Failure to attend affiliate meetings jeopardizes an institution’s membership in the consortium. If you are not an OSGC affiliate or invited guest, but are interested in attending the OSGC Affiliate Meeting, please inquire at 541-737-2414 for more information.

REGISTRATION and FEES: 
There is a $50 non-reimbursable registration fee for affiliate members. There is not a registration fee for students who have been invited to present at the meeting. Everyone who plans to attend the meeting must register so that we may obtain an accurate count for catering purposes. Affiliate members and student presenters who live more than 30 miles outside of the Portland metro area will be reimbursed for lodging, r/t mileage to Portland, and meals on travel days that are not provided as part of the meeting. The registration fee will not be reimbursed. Guests of meeting attendees are welcome to attend; if guests choose to participate in meals associated with the meeting, those meal expenses will not be covered by OSGC. Guest registration fees are as follows and should be paid at time of affiliate registration:

  • Full guest registration (meeting meals/snacks and Thursday dinner) - $100
  • Thursday dinner only - $60

Note: Those who live in the Portland metro area and do not have to travel more than 30 miles each way will not be eligible for reimbursement to attend the meeting, which includes the no-host pre-meeting dinner, any meals not provided at the meeting, mileage, and lodging.
